[Burntmarshmallow]

I did my first relay for life last night stayed alllll night and it was the gosh darn best time I have had all year. I plan to work on this poem here and read it at next years relay. I HAD SUCH A AWESOME TIME!!! I carried my moms picture when I did my laps

Relay For Life,Race For A Cure-BMW-
Relay under the stars at night.
A cure for cancer the surviving fight.
Dancing singing laughing we celebrate.
Food games music playing till early moring late.
Taking turns walking laps round and round.
People cat napping in chairs and on the ground.
Trading smiles ,hellos and good cheer.
Seeing people youve not seen all year.
Gathered together with one cause in mind.
To find a cure and leave cancer far behind.
Volunteers donations sponsors and booths.
The old walking along side the youths.
All with the same goal to compleat.
A monster called cancer to defeat.
In memory of loved ones lost,
And all the survivors whove paid the cost.
