of another autumn day,

the falling leaves beneath our feet

hovering clouds of smokey gray.


Nostalgic dreams we knew and shared

beneath an autumn sky,

fields of goldenrod, and asters blue

the lovelight in your eyes.

Memories sealed within my heart

deep in love and faith so true,

while autumn rain with sadness falls

on the golden and the blue.

Sharon was dressing
In the finest money could buy.
Silk hose and heals to finish,
All fancied up for this guy.
Twice the doorbell rang,
And eagerly she sprang
To the top of the staircase
Where she tripped flat on her face.
She canceled her date,
With bruised lip throbbing.
Sharon took up company with
An ice pack and echoes of sobbing.

In another skirmish against the bulge
I swear tonight I'll not indulge
But the smell of chocolate wafts my way;
No! Out of the kitchen I will stay!
Lock it up! Hide the key!
Beware the dreaded calorie!
Put a pillow over my head,
Chew a piece of gum instead,
Bury my face in a thrilling book...
Well, maybe I'll just take a look,
Just to make sure it isn't gone
But then I promise to leave it alone.
Hmm. Such a shame if it went to waste.
Maybe just a little taste...

Hi all!

Just wanted to Say Hello!!! These past couple of months have been a bit hectic for me in my life, I needed to step back from some of my on-line activities, take a breather and regroup. I'd also been dealing with some personal issues...not everything is resolved, but I am feeling better emotionally, well at least I'm feeling stronger in that department!

I'm certain to be on more during this coming week and forward. Physically all is well, so no concerns there, my MS is treating me well now, so that's a good thing.
