Show no disrespect to the ocean; treat her dear.

Its Bodies holding all of histories future so near.

All of life she gave from so deep within.

To reap her and to rape her is more then just a sin

Treat her gently for frail now, she is old

Tread oh so lightly respect and behold

NO! Grand Ocean, man should not be so rude and coarse

Upon you their faults and themselves they do force

I can hear your secrets whispering, I can hear you cry…

You can see me looking and you can hear my bottomless sigh.

heres my animal one


I watch a horse go by in the meadow
It's far off and kind of yellow
Running strong and proudly through the tall grass
Slapping, slashing whipping the a $$
Yes it is a jack, and not a true horse
But the path it runs. It runs the same course
It feels the same beauty as it runs through the field
Knowing it's not a horse yet with so much zeal
It charges and runs through the tall grass
What I thought was a horse, is just an a $$

When I am down,

Or when i feel blue.

I go to my garden,

Where everything is fresh;

All so lovely and new...


Some perennials for shade,

and some for sunlight.

Give off such magnificent color,

oh what pure delight...


The chirping of the birds,

along with the buzzing of bees.

Blends naturs harmony,

into such sweet melodies...


Up above there are

white clouds and blue skys;

In the air i see the gentle flutter

of color butterflies.........


Rows of flowers

Roses and trees;

The wind unpon my face

Like a warm summer breeze....


My garden is tranqil,

with much joy and bliss;

The sweet whipers of softness

I never want to miss..


So to my garden i go,

from day to day;

Seeing the beauty og gods love,

MELTS ALL OF MY TROUBLES AWAY...



i hope this sprin.g. to me a garden is flowers and vegtables which to me is start of spring.....

am cheating here using two that i did yrs ago when i was a sole parent of my two sons


"Waiting"
I sit here in the doctor's waiting room
My feelings and fears continue to bloom
I hope soon they find out what's wrong inside him
At every dead end my hopes become dim
It scares me to think I can do nothing for my child
But to hold him and hug him and merely smile
I want him to be well so he can enjoy a normal day
Then he comes to me and says
Dad I had another seizure, please help me
Sometimes it hurts so much I just want to be free
Free from the pain and all the sorrow
Sometimes just wishing I don't have to deal with tomorrow
My child means so much to me so much to my heart
It is not fair that a young child has to have such a horrible start
To have to go through life feeling these pains
So he smiles says I'm OK and knows not his father is slowly going insane



" The silence of the children"
I love my children so true
You ask how many, well there are two
Both of them rowdy boys I love so dear
Already I wonder where are the years

It scares me to think of them grown
Me with no one to care for at home sad and alone
I know I need not worry about what they will do
For I have taught them always be honorable and true
~~~~~~~~~~
Knowing with all the bad things they have done
I hold no remorse, regrets, absolutely none.
They will grow to be men of truth and grace
Knowing they are men is what puts a smile on my face

So remember if you have children too,
Spend time with them now, or someday you will be blue
Wondering what you did and why you are alone
Only to hear the silence of children, because now they are gone(c)

The hours in labor too many to count
the pain that's endured is quite evened out

You came to our world
on a cold winters' day
Holding you close
made the gray go away

Another came to the world
on a rainy fall day
Tiny and crinkled
seemed like a holiday

The third times the charm
a warm winter day
here you are now
almost walking away....
