She Has Made Mud Pies,
After The Sky Cries.
Ate A Spaghetti Dish,
Out Of Worms For The Fish.
Stored Holly Berries In Her Nose.
Changed Color By Painting Her Cloths.
That Is When She Was Two Or Three.
I Remember Those Times Clearly.
Now She Is Almost Seventeen.
The Only Thing That’s Still Seen,
Is How She loves TO Make Mud Pies,
Shortly After The Sky Cries.

As I was walking

down life`s highway

many years ago

I came upon a

sign that read

HEAVENS GROCERY STORE

When I got a little closer

the door swung open wide

and when i came to myself

I was standing inside.

I saw a host of angles.

They were standing everywhere,

One handed me a basket and said

" My child shop with care"

Everything a human needed

was in the grocery store.

And what you could not carry

you could come back for more.

Fist I got some Patience,

Love was in the same row

Further down Understanding,

you need that everywhere you go.

I got a box or two of wisdom,

and faith a bag or two

and Charity of course

I wouldn`t miss the holy ghost,

it was all over the place.

Strength and courgage had to get,

my basket almost full.

But i remebered i needed Grace,

And then i chose salavation

for that was free.

then i started to the counter to pay my bill.

As i went up the aisle i saw prayer and put that in

for i knew when i stepped outside

I would run into sin

peace and joy were alot.

Then i said to the angel

" NOW HOW MUCH DO I OWE YOU"

HE SMILED AND SAID TAKE THEM

"MY CHILD GOD PAID YOUR BILL

A LONG LONG TIME AGO"

whatever is not a good reply
sends my nerve to the sky
strangers and kids too
gonna lock em all in a zoo
a person ask's for a reason
not to be treated as a special season
so when i ask a question make sure you never
look at me like deer in headlights and say whatever

so its the last turn
