MY FATHER`S HOUSE In my Father`s house I hold The memories of his grace, His joy was with me when I knew The Love on His sweet face, His hands reached out to hold me Lest my weak heart would despise The meaning of his Sorrow, His own heart`s sacrifice. In my Father`s house I hold Years of joy, through tears and pain, I learned to know the Cross He Bore His heart that bled in vain, His arms reached out to comfort me From fear of death He knew, I learned to understand the Love Of His faithful heart so true. In my Fathers house I hold In memory every prayer, The meaning of the truths you preached The Cross that was hallowed there, His voice I heard within my soul When His Love reached out to me, In my Father`s house I live and know, God`s Love that was meant to be.
