Good Stuff! You're an amazing artist! I love the simplistic nature of your work. You took just an ordinary dish of cherries and made it into a beautiful work of art. That takes talent!

So last night I got started practicing. I get to bring 5 completed pieces for examples, and do up to five more for demos, all of which I can offer for sale!

I threw a handful of Yakima cherries on a plate and this is what I got: I call it Ate Nine, and it is 4" x 6"
Wow, that is so beautiful. It has a real glow to it, with just the right amount of detail.
I was reading a few other posts and remembered that you had used pastels, so I had to go back for another look, having done battle with pastels myself.
I am frequently amazed at the results artists can achieve with pastels-I just love them.
Must have been really tricky on such a small piece.
I would buy something like that.
