Default some of my work

Twilight ---Tina- '06

Rolling black

Pitch darkness

Blind isolation, hovering

Covering smothering

Stumbled down

Into the center

Spills reflection

Blue tone hues

Overtaking black

Final light on distant

Horizons, A focal point

To REACH within oneself

In your darkest hours.

GREAT wonder
The words I wrote was a shame to share,
With 98 reads of just peek and stare
No words at all of “ I can relate”
Or” that poem it wasn’t so great”,
No words of any kind given back,
After sharing mine ,makes the lights turn black.
what is the point of sharing i wonder
it was not great great great
i got no replies, no friends that could relate
just showed what i already known
i am the stinky chesse that stands alone
nothing to do but wash away
my poems with all the words i had to say

..I did I had like 10 poems and no one said anything but I had like 98 read count so I erased them all away ...a word of acknowlegment would of been a bit nice. at least curious had enough kindness to post a reply and a million blessings for that curious..
if it is good enough for all to read THEN IT IS GOOD ENOUGH TO HAVE A REPLY!!!!!!!!!!
Peace and Love

BMW
so sorry you were offended by the lack of replies, but I hope you will understand that doesnt mean a lack of appreciation

sometimes I dont comment when I read the poems and writings here, simply because to make some trite comment seems so out of place when there is such depth of emotion or insight etc in the writing...I feel sure that many felt that way.

I am the same when I go to an art gallery, or see a moving play or film....I dont really speak about it, I just absorb and reflect within

so please know that you posting your writing WAS appreciated by many of us, and again sorry that by not commenting, you felt that was unappreciative

I have the ability to restore your deleted posts and would so appreciate if you would let me do that

Default better late than never?

nah...I know how you feel, Tina. I have hardly had a reply either, but I am new to this forum. I'm usually at the Prkinson's forum.

From what I have read of your work, I see a unique structure to it that definitely makes it your own. Not only do you pay attention to your word choice for its meaning, but much consideration is given to each word as to how it looks in its position on the page. I bet that aspect of your poetry is the most frustrating at times. Keep writing, Tina. Feedback will come in due time.
