My 18 year old daughter is 1 week out from her second CSF repair. She is frustrated and wondering whether this is it. She has started a blog to help her (and others). She was blown off by her original surgeon. Any other suggestions on how to help?

Hi I would just like to ask you the cause of her CSF leak? I would like to recommend a Doctor. Dr. Feigenbaum practices out of Dallas and KC and he specializes in many areas. He may be able to help. Blown off Is their way of saying they are not able to help. I too was blown off prior to seeing Dr. Feigenbaum. It is frustrating and being 18 would be even worse. Good Luck

leakygirlmom,
I see your post is old and I am new to NeuroTalk. How is your daughter? Was her leak fixed? Here are some csf leak "experts" being talked about in other threads. Dr Linda Gray at Duke Univ Med Center Dr Wouter Schievink at Cedars Sinai in LA |
