Default pain post bridge work

Please help. I had a bridge put in a little over a month ago and am in so much pain. The Dentist has filed down the bridge where the teeth were rubbing the gum and I have also had a root canal done in a tooth under the bridge. My front roof of my mouth goes from dumb to extreme pain. My gums feel as though they are pulling. I am on antibiotics but the swelling is still present. The bridge looks as though it is place but feels as though it is moving. My dentist is 250 miles away and I am losing so much time at work. He can not get the bridge off and keeps telling me that there is nothing wrong.
