Because I have a brand new clean mouth, and I'm brushing correctly and flossing, I said to myself "why not get some disclosing tablets"?
I've never used these. I looked it up on the internet and it showed photos before and after of what the red tablets disclose. I mean, WOW, people really get to find out where in their mouth, they need to brush more effectively. I just went to CVS and other drug stores and no one sells disclosing tablets. My question is "where does a person buy this item", and do you think it's a good idea to use this? Thanks much Melody P.S. The red dye DOES come off, right?

CVS should be able to special order this for you. This is done at the pharmacy.
Ask them. One company is Butler.

They re-did the whole store. From having 7 check outs, they now have 2. What did they replace the people with? MACHINES. You should have seen my face when I was walking out and I see this woman about 75 and she's by this machine (one of 4), that will now take your money. She had no clue what to do. A man walks over to her and says (and this is a woman, who I guarantee has no computer in her house), and the man says 'place your CVS card on the scanner, then follow prompts, place your item over the scanner and it will scan, then deposit your item in the bag on the left. Then take your coupon and scan it, and then slide it in this opening right here". Then indicate your payment options. She looked at him like he was crazy. He then said: 'Oh you are paying cash?, put your coins in the coin thing, and slide your bills in this place here, your change will come out, and your receipt will come out here" I looked at this machine, I looked at the man and I said: 'So, you are replacing people with machines now" and a clerk came over and said to me "Everyone is saying this, but I'm not losing my job" I then said "Imagine the jobs that are going to be lost if every store did this" "People need jobs". She didn't understand. By the way, the banks now do this, the subway stations now do this. Not too many employees, LOTS OF MACHINES. Technology is taking over BIG time. So, back to my disclosing tablets. I went to 5 drug stores NO DICE. I went to ebay. NO DICE. Oh, I can buy it from the United Kingdom, but I'm not doing that. I'll go back to CVS and see if they can order this for me. THE MACHINES ARE TAKING OVER lol lol lol lol thanks much Melody

You can ask them over the phone to order for you...you don't have to go back until they come in, to pick them up.
Make sure you find out the size of the package and estimated price before you finalize your request...so there are no surprises. But they wouldn't force you to take them any in any case. I special order things at pharmacies all the time. The self-check outs have been here at Kroger's, Costco and WalMart for years. That CVS must be pretty busy to have them too. Most of our drugstores here have no customers except at the pharmacy part.

$4.00 shipping. See what CVS can do for you.
You might get it for less expense locally. There is no extra fee for special ordering locally. In the past some dentists used to give these away when you get your teeth cleaned.

Mrs. D.
Going there right now. I got my new Oral B Smart Series yesterday, along with the Water Pik. After nearly drowing my self with my new Waterpik, I finally got the hang of it. Just came home from eating breakfast at my local cafe. Well, you should have seen what came out when I used the Waterpik. I looked down in the basin and said 'Wow, it really flushes out stuff". I purchased the Cordless one. It has two tips. One is a high pressure tip and one is a low pressure tip. I'm using the low pressure one for now because IT'S CERTAINLY ENOUGH PRESSURE FOR ME. Get's the job done. But the electric Oral B Smart Series 4000?? Holy Cow. It was like getting a cleaning at my dentist. My mouth NEVER felt so clean. And it tells you how to brush your teeth (you look at the LCD (or whatever it's called) display on the front of the toothbrush and you see how you should angle the toothbrush to get at every tooth. Then, when you have done all the quandrants correctly, IT SHOWS YOU A SMILEY FACE, to indicate that you have done a good job. So far I have two smiley faces. This is a wonderful toothbrush. It came with a Floss Action head and the toothbrush itself lets you change modes from cleaning, to sensitive, etc. Really cool!!!! So now I know what I'm doing. Whenever I get those disclosing tablets, I'LL REALLY KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. lol thanks much Melody
