Default Tooth ache and shoulder pain

I have started having right sided neck and shoulder pain and am wondering if it is connected to my dental problems gettting worse . I have fair few fillings but when I saw the dentist today for the pain he said that apart from a small cavity the rest of the teeth / fillings seem sound. I also have some issues with my sinusses

Please describe neck and shoulder pain in more detail. There is something called Parsonage Turner Syndrome which relates to inflammation of Brachial plexus and causes shoulder pain most commonly. This could be felt as a pain in the neck, and is commonly on the right side. Shoulder pain that happens can be extreme.

Default Pain in neck and shoulder

Hello! I am having horrible pain in neck, head and shoulder after having an extraction and a filling (all on same side of body).. I think I need a root canal in tooth that was just filled, but nothing shows on x-ray. PLEASE let me know what happened with your issue.. sounds so much like mine. THANKS!!!
