Sounds like your gums are in great shape and you are doing all the right things to take care of them.

The one area between your premolar and first molar on the LL may be a little deeper because of the recession on that molar. If it has been about a 4mm pocket for a long time and there is no inflammation, then it is nothing to worry about. If you continue to take care of it, it will most likely never change.

So .... stop worrying.... you are fine!! ;-))

That 1st molar has some gum recession which it has had for years. Its hard to tell how far the floss goes down w/o forcing it because if so dont have the floss level side to side it looks like it goes down further but if you get it level maybe 4mm ??
The other if you hold the floss level maybe 2mm, not much at all.

So...what if anything should I do ?? I floss daily ( usually ) and lightly brush my gums. I use Toms toothpaste with Xylitol and Sensodyne sometimes. My teeth have like NO tarter or buildup. I dont smoke....

If you brush and floss thoroughly twice a day, get regular cleanings and checkups at your dentist and take care of any problems as they occur........eat a nutritious diet that is low in sugar and acidic foods, minimize or eliminate sugary drinks, don't smoke or consume alot of alcohol, and only use alcohol free herbal based mouthwash (if any at all)....... you should be OK!

Believe it or not, there are people who actually do those things and they have great teeth and gums!!
