Default Byanna ? on gum recession

Hi there !
I have some recession on my lower left 1st molar, there is no tooth behind this one. Its been like this for years now and it doesnt bother me but I wondered what can be done IF it starts to bother me ?? Is there anyway maybe if I rub the gum daily it will grow back
It seems like its only recessed on the outside, the inside looks good. I pretty much use Sensodyne toothpaste anyway because I do have sensitive chicklets.
Its weird because this is the only tooth I really can see it that severe on, its almost like I can see where the root starts. I think it started or was noticable about 10 or maybe more years ago.
