Default Tooth ache and shoulder pain

I have started having right sided neck and shoulder pain and am wondering if it is connected to my dental problems gettting worse . I have fair few fillings but when I saw the dentist today for the pain he said that apart from a small cavity the rest of the teeth / fillings seem sound. I also have some issues with my sinusses
