Hi, for those of us who have bone loss, are there any supplements we could take to improve the bone, or at least stabilize the bone if all infected teeth have been removed?
Thanks |

Hi Sue,
Regarding supplements and bone health.... The best you can do to prevent bone loss or further bone loss is to eat nutritiously, avoid sugar and sugar substitutes, preservatives, chemicals in your foods, etc. Secondly, the oral hygiene regimen needs to be thorough every single day... brushing and flossing is essential. Thirdly, there are many supplements that are beneficial for our overall health as well as bone health. Vitamin D 3, Vitamin K, Vitamin C and others. I would suggest that you do a google search for this information from a reputable source like Dr Mercola and others similar to him. You will be surprised at what they recommend! Bryanna |
