I broke a tooth down to the gum line , I had tooth extracted 5 weeks ago,

1 week after extraction i had dry socket & was sedated & had it dug out where they found infection but it was all cleared.

Ive been on antibiotics for the 5 weeks but i still have red lump one side of the extraction socket , its tender & i still cant eat that side.

Ive been told after a xray there is no sign of infection but why is it still like this im at my wits end! My glands are all up in my neck & my jaw hurts.
