I would call that dentist office and see if they have archived your records. The pre op xray would be most helpful if you can get it. The original xrays are your property and the dentist can keep a copy. If the white spot is due to an overfill of rc material.... many dentists will not mention it to the patient because they don't want to be the one to point it out as they do not want to feel obligated to answer your questions about how it happened. I know.... ridiculous... but that's the way it is. The white material didn't move because it is embedded in tissue or bone and/or because the tooth was actually holding it in that spot. Whether or not it can or should be removed is up the oral surgeon. He needs to determine the location of it and decide if it wise to remove it. Quote:
