I need some solid advise. What to do? 4 years ago I had a root canal done on a molar. It abcessed with in hours. Did a coarse of antibiotics. I am sure a fistula developed. White pimple/s on roof of mouth that I water picked open. My dentists did not believe me until I went in for a cleaning and he saw it, A second root canal was performed with another immeadiate abcess. and more antibiotics. When the temporary filling fell out I went back and was told to get an implant or extraction. I consulted with an endodontists, a 3-D image was taken. No fractures or sinus involement was found. The fistula reappeared and now it is recommened to have a 3rd root canal on the same tooth, or extraction. Or surgical removal of the cyts, which is invisible to the eye. I really don't want to loose this tooth. Can anybody recommend my next step in this 4 year disaster
