Default Gum inflammation after extraction/bone graft

4 days ago I had a bone graft and extraction on tooth #13 after 2 apicos (in the past year) and 3 root canals (decade), killed the tooth in a trauma nearly 20 years ago. The tooth had developed a pea sized abscess as well as a fistula about 5mm away from abscess.
Some parts seem to be healing well- I thought I was oozing pus near where the abscess had been but that hole has closed.
The only thing is some parts of my gums are extremely inflamed, red and painful. Is this normal or possible an infection? Images should be attached... Thanks so much!!!
