Default Extractions sites are red after 17 days

Hi everyone, the title says almost all. I had two upper molars on the left side extracted 17 day ago (no third maxillary teeth fortunately, agenenis ) and the extraction sites give me no pain now, but are covered with red (blood like) spots (especially the first molar, which is half rose like healing gum and half red like blood).

The teeth were badly root canaled (the dentist said) and they hurt bad despite no evidence of bone inflamation or bone loss (i told him to extract them despite his perplexity)

He told me about the possibility of sinus perforation and oro-antral fistulas but then he told me that the extractions went well (after all these days i have no hair in my mouth or liquid in my nose when i drink)

So I'm worried about those red spot

Thanks in advance!
