Pain two weeks aftee extraction of abcessed tooth

Default Pain two weeks aftee extraction of abcessed tooth
Hi

I had my right lower molar extracted because of an abcesse. I have been on penicillin course for a week. My symptoms were generally improving though I could still see the small pus on my gum. Now two weeks after the extraction I have pain similar to the one I had before extraction,I’m really worried that the infection has spread or I developed a new one

Today I notes a tiny red pimple near the extraction site
