Unhappy Feeling yucky
My little sister has been sick with a sinuse infection all last week and now I'm not feeling the greatest. I have been sleeping alot the last couple of days and I can't seem to even do my homework. Any way, being sick is making me sad and depressed again. I don't know how much longer I can stand this.

Hi Wish, are you still not taking your AD? Did I read or am I imagining you went off your meds? Going off them cold-turkey can cause a big drop in your depression. Have you talked to your doc about going off your AD?

I went off the prozac but not cold turkey! LOL! I weaned myself off of it. My doctor just recently took me off the Allegra-D and put me on Singular for my allergies and sinus problems. Any way, I went to the walk in clinic today and I am now on antibiotics for a sinus infection that I have now. I hope this goes away soon!

hiya Wish...I do hope the sinus etc stuff clears quickly and that you feel better soon

Dont know if you have ever tried drinking lemon honey tea but it is so soothing for respiratory ills. Just make a strong cup of regular black tea, Squeeze half a lemon in and a couple of teaspoons of honey to taste.
ummmmm good! and very healing too
