Default Hello just sad

I am so glad you found this forum. Believe me I need this place too!. When I get low, depressed and unable to function, I run here for the comfort. I have found such compassion, that it helps me to cope, when I am at my lowest. We are not alone with this site dear woman, we do have each other, and that alone can help with the depression. I am going through a rough day today too. Sat and had my own little pitty party this a.m. However this aftenoon I am going to go outside and trim up a little palm and read a book in the sunshine. I will force myself, and try to chase the depression away. I hope you can do something good too. please take care of yourself. ginnie

Default What do * many * DO? Are * many * SAD?

What do *many * DO, Phyllis? I take ceprexa but it just make s me cry less. Still feel as sad. I tell and tell my psyc but she says keep taking keep believing. I finally stop telling her then she gets mad because I'm not talking to her. Why talk? She says same thing back. So now she says she will not see me any more unless I talk next week

So what is it about most people? Are they maybe just not this sad? She or maybe some other psych say I am too nutty to be in this world . I probly blew in from some other. Could be. I don't remember birthplace.
