The usual recommended procedure is to drop one or the other. In other words tricyclics and ssri's can interact to produce a serotonin overload which can be a very bad--even fatal happening.
However I don't know the specifics as to lowering one while rasing the other etc. This is something which should be handled by the professionals--dr, pharmacist, etc. Take care ![]() |
