Thanks for checking in that really means a lot to me. I hope your thanksgiving was nice too! Mine was good with the whole spread. Luckily this year I didn't eat till my stomach hurt (lol).

Have you had your hormones checked? Thyroid? Do you take something for gut health such as digestive enzymes and probiotics? These may not be the issues, but want to confirm you've confirmed medically that there isn't a reason for your depression.
