thanks for the link info and link caroline. i struggle trying to get my vit d level up to a normal range. was 9 last year then 19 then and is now a 27. my dr said it should be at 50 and has increased my vit d to 10,000 iu daily. thanks again for your helpful advice and i hope you are having a pain free as possible day today. take care.
