Thanks, Idealist. Today I feel a little better. I had a decent sleep and I had spent some time here before that. I really do think it was the time I spent here that has helped. I know that I am not myself yet but as long as I am going forward I wiill be OK. All of the support and encouragement I receive from people like you really is helping my doom and gloom cloud go away!
