I went through sexual abuse as a child and although I have been in councelling for 8 years I still have trouble dealing with that issue.

I also use to let people walk all over me but I have done better about that for quite sometime now. I fight for what I believe is right and stand up for myself. The councellor taught me how to do that. It takes a lot of believing in yourself and learning that people can be hurtful due to jealousy or the lousy life that they have that they take it out on others.

I do know what you are going through but write down questions about these issues you deal with and ask your Dr. how to deal with each one. The councellor usually can walk you through each issue and how to handle it.

Hope you feel better soon.
