babie, I have had (and I think every single person has) those feelings and those thoughts more than once in my life.... they come quite often actually...
![]() Try not to think much about them... just give time to time... time cures and heals everything... let things go away... let them pass... Have good rest... sleep well.... eat well... and you will "suddenly" feel better.... just, dont force things, dont push them, just wait, and things will fall into their place because of their own weight ![]() You can read my posts and you will see I have had pretty dark moments, but that I have also "let them go"..... Feel free to come here, talk, pm, chat, etc... ![]() |
