You are right, and I thank you for your helpful suggestions. And here you are with more to be depressed about than me. I do have pain, but it is more or less manageable. I have problems initiating any activity of any kind, but there is no reason for it, except some fear of throwing my back out, but mostly just a fealing a paralysis, lack of interest/motivation. This forum and chat is the first thing that has generated some interest in me. I think I will find lots of help here, and I Bless You for yours. billie
