Default what does this mean

can anyone actually interpet what this says??? i can't ..

Technique: after scout view and oral contrast administration, transaxial contigous CT images were obtained from lung bases through the kidneys post IV contrast during peak aterial phase, followed by similar scan ending at lllac crest during hepatic venous phase and then a delayed scan from the llac crest through the symphysis pubis. Total image count is 141.

finding: Bilateral shallow plueral plques at posterior thoracic gutters. Two hypodense liver rounded lesions [2 cm- image 58 and 0.8 cm- image 59] with slight enhancement at margins increaseing on later phase post IV contrast. No renal calculi or obstructive uropathy. No renal masses or cyst. no bowel obstruction, perforation , inflamation, or masses. normal appendix, uterus has enlarged endomterial canal with heterogenous decresed attenuation contents with diameter of 2.2 cm at fundus [image 120] Ovaries are unremarkable. No free air or free fluid. no other significant findings.

Impression: 1 shallow pleural plaques at both thoracic gutters - no calcifications. 2 Two liver lesions suggestive of cavernous hemangiomas- recommend correlation with ultrasound, consider MRI abdomen, 3 enlarged endometrial canal at fundus; recommended correlation with beta- HCG and pelvic ultrasound study, 4 no other significant findings
