Default Just bought the miracle noodles

Hi all.

Don't know if any of you have heard of these. They are zero to very little calories, almost no carbs and no fat and gluten free.

I watched some youtube videos and found that in some asian markets, they are sold. I went out today and to my astonishment, there they were. A nine oz package was $1.50 and fed the two of us.

I just made a video so you can all see what they look like.

They look like cellophane noodles (without all the carbs), They are made from Yams.

So here's the link

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSVJQLwNQ2M

For Alan's dinner, I took the noodles (exactly what you see in the video), and I put zucchini, asparagus, carrots, and some tomatoe sauce and tossed the whole thing, and heated it up.

Alan said "this is not fattening?" and he dove right in.

AND HE LOVED IT.

So you all know what I'll be purchasing from now on. (When I want a small dish of spaghetti or some stir fried veggies with a bit of pasta).

This is all fiber, so don't go nuts. If you need more fiber in your diet, this is for you.

Take care,

Melody

I HAD TO TELL YOU WHAT I MADE!!

Beef lo mein (without the beef) and using the noodles.

I stir fried some veggies, I used the beef tips from Gardein. I threw in the noodles, I added some Low Sodium Teriyaki sauce.
You NEVER tasted anything so good in your life.

I'm sold.

lol Melody
