Thumbs up

I am feeling pretty good. It is great to go without having seizues, and I hope they won't come back. I was talking to my sister the other day and of the many things she said was, won't it nice if our parents were here to see what has happen. It took me 45 years find my soluntion.

Glad to see you doing so well. Also thank you for sharing that you had your surgery later in life like I did. I think that's what I understood. I was 47 at the time, and since that time I have made more forward progress than I did in the many years before. I is amazing and took some adjusting.
Do keep us posted and go forward with your life. Do all those things you may have wanted to do but didn't because epilepsy stopped you. The world may have more open doors for you now or at least you may be more aware of them now, and it is your choice to walk through them or not to. In my case, I want to walk through every open door that offers itself. I can always turn around and come back out. That also is a choice. Congrats on what seems like a successful surgery. Tattoo

Heart Check-up

Today I went to see my neuro. and he smile from ear to ear when told him that it has been 180 days since my last spell. After my examination he told me I was in great health. So I will see him in December and if everything keeps going good he will start to wing me off of meds. He has two other patients here in town that have been removed completely off medicine and are doing wonderful.

It was kind of funny since my granddaughter sneak in to see what he and his assistant were doing to me during the testing, and told them someone had their eyes on them.

I really what to thank you all for the prayers and thoughts you have given me during this time, and I am saying I am leaving, because I have too many friends here. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am glad we were able to help you during this time. I had a mentor of sorts to listen to me and answer questions. I consider her a gift to help me go forward with that part of my life that got me where I am today.
I have since had opportunity to do that for others, and I am sure you will find that to be true for you as well. There does come a time when what we have gained will have to be given away in order to realize and keep all the good that can come from what we have received. It makes us responsible for teaching others. Tattoo
