Question Single parent of a child with Intracable epilepsy

Was hoping that there might be someone out there with a similar situation as ours. Need info on options/help for single parents trying to STAY gainfully employed and be there for her My daughter is 8 years old and has struggled with seizures all of her life . She recently had th VNS implanted and we have seen some progress, however she still breaksthrough episodes that prevent me from working. I do not have any outside help from family or anyone else, any advice is much appreciated. thanks
