Hi Spacedoubt,

Welcome to the forum! I take 200 mg. of vimpat a day and there are days when I feel really tired and other days when I'm wide awake and can't sleep. Vimpat can make a person feel sleepy sometimes and wide awake at other times. If this continues you might want to speak to your pharmacist about this and then speak to your Dr. I take 2 other AED's (seizure meds) along with the vimpat.
