OK, you said we could talk about anything, how about tuna? There is a little cat hanging oround the neighborhood. Skinny Cat. So I decided to help the little fella out. I opened a can of tuna fish. Was walking to the door. OK you guessed it. Yup you're right. It flew all over. Got 2 dining room chairs, book case, rug, & all over the kitchen.
Needless to say I am not a happy camper right now. Hubby was not too happy. Although he did take what was left in the can set it on the deck. I cleaned up as best I could. This place stinks and I have not seen the skinny cat come back. He better! How am I going to get rid of the smell. I'm afraid it will smell like a fishing boat and I will have every cat in the neighborhood here |

Lizard, I am amazed you are still doing well and staying strong...
I could never even "think" of that. I like my chocolate... awwww Kit, sounds like a bad afternoon... I would think open windows and fabreeze would help with the smell. I wonder if the poor kittie is afraid to show his skinny body around again. Let us know if he ever came back to eat the tuna... hugs |

I still get chocolate! Are you kidding me??!! I have to make sure to ration carefully and feed the craving right as I get it, but I get chocolate, too. I'd die without it, 'specially around that time. My thinking about food has changed a LOT, but it took 2-3 months to really get into the regimen. I just plan, plan, plan, and journal, journal, journal. It works!! LIZARD |

Hey, Darlin'.
Just thought I'd let you know I had a li'l bitty gain again this week, BUT...I also got my (ahem) annoying female issue today, so I'm sure it was to blame. In any case, I expect to be at 85 lost next week!!!!!!!!! LIZARD |
