I will try the benadryl, those 'zaps' are annoying. Gatorade seems to be something I resort to when nothing else worse, easy to go down, has electrolytes, sugar for quick energy, and is some form of nutrients (calories, carbs, etc.) Any other advice? What about the anxiety? I can't control myself anymore....
