Confused full blow seizure but I remember everything

I was diagnoused with a brain tumor on my left hand motor skills in 2009.
I have benn having full bady seizure since. I problem I face is I am fully concious during these episodes. I take epenutin as I fine it works and have not had one in 2 year until today. I also have never had then in my sleep until today. Can anyone give me a mental excersise I can fouse on while the siezure is happening so I don't panic so much.

aw that sounds just dreadful for you. I can't begin to imagine what that must be like (having always been unconscious during my own seizures) but i wonder if it might be difficult to do anything too complicated during a seizure. possibly you could just focus really hard on your breathing

Hi Luanne,
Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry that you have a brain tumor this could be what's triggering the sz. My advice to you is to tighten up your muscles and fists the moment you start to sense a sz starting and this could stop the sz. I've been doing this since the 1970's and it has stopped many sz.
Another thing you might want to ask your Dr. about is the medical marijuana it is used for epilepsy, cancer, parkinsons, dementia and other medical problems the THC level that makes a person get high is very low while the EBD level is very high and it's the EBD that helps stop sz. and all of the medical problems I mentioned. You can get this in a pill form just have your Dr. order it for you and give it a try. Here's wishing you the best of luck and May God Bless You!

Sue
