Hi Sweets,

I am wondering if you had a myoclonic sz. which means you may have had a cp sz. in your sleep. If I may ask when you had this sz. and you got up did you notice seeing any odd colors in your eyes, or feel muscle spasms around your mouth or any other part of your body? If you did you may have had a cp sz. in your sleep which Drs. call myoclonic sz.

You should start to see an Epileptologsit and get a sleep study done. I had this done this past spring when I would often wake up exhausted after getting a good nights sleep. My Epileptologist found out I was having sz. in my sleep and that's why I felt so tired. She put me on Vimpat and once I started that I haven't had a single myoclonic sz. since then and my cp and absence (petit ma) sz. have reduced greatly.

Try and start taking vitamin B12 1000 mcg. once day this also has helped reduce my sz. Wishing you only the best of luck and May God Bless You!

Sue
