Default Myoclonic Jerks

Does anyone here have them and does anyone here have any tips on controlling them?

Mine have gotten totally out of control lately.

I have always had quite a few but have been able to "joke them away" to people.

Now I am having 30 or so a day and they are actually jerking me out of my chair and I am breaking cups and stuff. Sometimes it looks like I am doing a one woman wave. Pretty fun.

I started the meds again but those take a while to ramp up.

Thanks and Blessings!

I'm with you here on this one, I have thrown - yes, my arm launched them, not one but two coffee cups this week. Mine are normally worse before bed but typically when I'm trying to focus on something like cutting things, pouring things, etc. it gets worse and I will drop or fling something across the room.

It is pretty funny most of the time, but I broke my favorite cup from Disneyland so I'm kind of bitter today. I have found no way to ease them as they seem to come and go as they please. I'm be grateful if someone had some ideas!
