Default Fatigue and colds

Hi I am dealing with my second cold in two months the the last one lasting three weeks. I love to be doing work outside this time of year. I have a few jobs and need energy. Something that I struggle with daily and have for years.
I feel fusturated and even discouraged. I know the drugs I take, take a toll. But I am tired of this fatigue. I mean I can sleep 13 hours and still wake up feeling tired and not rested. I can sleep fewer hours and it catches up with me.

I have read how people with epilepsy can work full time jobs. How do they do it?
I work 15 hours and feel tired and if not careful get a cold. I take B12, and other supplements. Along with my keppra 1500mg per day, trileptal 1600mg pr.day and lamictal75mg

I want to just for a short time feel unlimited amounts of energy to do as much as I want. I do not know how I use to work 40 hours in my twenties and now can not and have not been able to for 20 yrs.

Have any of you figured out ways to get extra energy. I just want/kinda need to be able to work 20 a week. could use a bit of your wisdom if you have any.

Thank you for reading this.
