Hi T.J.
I'm no Dr. but what you described to me sound a lot like what happens to me right before I have a cp sz. I'll often have a twitching or muscle spasms around my mouth with a nervous feeling in my stomach this is an aura sz. (simple partial) which then leads into a cp sz. You might want to keep watch and see if you notice this happen again. I hope it never does! You take care and May God Bless You! Sue P.S. I ask myself if it's the neurontin causing the problem. |

If my Nurontin is causing the problem then I'm out of luck as my meds make me tolerable to people. When I'm not on meds my parents and others can't stand to be around me. So, I have not much of a chance to get off of it. Also I was having a bunch of simple partials yersterday so from what a few friends have told me, I think another grad mal may be comming but I'm not sure.

Hi T.J.
I hope all is going well and that you didn't have any grand mal sz. today. Take note if a low pressure in coming your way because sometimes a low pressure can cause some people to have a sz. Take my word I understand how you feel regarding your family. I've had 2 surgeries to reduce my sz. and I work 2 jobs but my family still won't accept me because of my sz. I only have an Aunt and a cousin who will accept me and that's because my aunt has MS and understands the neurology end of things. You might want to try taking vitamin B12 1000 mcg. a day. I found it has been a great help to me and it has reduced my sz. even more. I wish you only the best of luck and May God Bless You! Sue |
