If the sz. continue let your Dr. know about it and have the Dr. cut you back on the vimpat. Every now and then I also get a tingling in my hands and other parts of my body but then it goes away. If you are on any other sz. meds the vimpat may be interacting with the other meds you are taking. My advice to you is to speak with your pharmacist to get the details about the drug. I wish you the best of luck and I hope and pray that you don't have anymore sz. May God Bless You!

Hi tos8,

I was on Depakene brand name for Depakote and when I had to go off of it my sz. increased until my body got used to the change and maybe this is what is causing your sz. My Dr. had me admitted into the hospital for a few days when I was taken off the drug to play it safe but I had been on it over 8 yrs. if not longer. I wish you the best of luck and May God Bless You!
