Default Kerogenic diet?

Hello, I am looking for any info on the ketogenic diet, just to see if it helps. Basically I need recipe ideas! I'm taking the leap this week, just to see if it helps. I'm also suffering brain fog and am on a mental illness medication known to cause insulin resistance; I'm desperate to feel better and possibly lessen my doseage. With my history of temporal lobe spikes, I'm hoping my poor old weary brain is vulnerable to a little nutritional help. I know how it works, so I don't need info on the diet, just food ideas. The internet says what it is but there's no websites on how to actually implement it in real life. Help?

"Ketogenic" diet-- inducing ketones.
