My nero called me and has me on 500mg of b2 daily. We're going to see if that helps at all. I am a recovering anorexic so my diet is a little messed up.
It is so hot here. It was 100 degrees yesterday. I've been putting the water/juice right to me but it still doesn't feel like enough. My headaches are always worse days like this. |
