Hi Sharon,

I agree with you regarding meds I know since I cut back on my meds and went on cbd things are much better and after trying drug after drug for over 40 yrs. I said enough of that.

Do me a favor and send me some warm Florida weather we are getting a wicked ice and snow storm here today through Monday. I have to work a couple more yrs. and I'm headed south I hate winter and I have seen a pattern where I have more seizures in the fall and winter compared to the spring and summer. My Epileptologist told me they are "seasonal seizures' do to lack of serotonin in the fall and winter.

It's great to hear from you, Take good care of yourself and May God Bless You!

Sue

Will this help? And wow, the retirement is coming your way soon! Times fun when you're having flies! It'll all be over before you know it! Congrats!

Here's the Florida snowman - hope it helps!

Hi Southie,

Thanks for sending the picture to remind me of the warm weather. Yes, retirement is coming soon after working in public school for over 31 yrs.
I'm coming down the home stretch and I can't wait then it will be good bye NY and hello Florida. Maybe we will see each other down there since
I want to move to Zypherhills.

Wishing you only the best and May God Bless You,

Sue
