For the low glycemic diet, Stacy's doc advised her. Her diet is loosely based on the Sugar Busters diet. Basically, she tries to limit daily sugar (and simple carbs) intake to just 10 grams.

You could also try contacting Dr. Elizabeth A. Thiele, Pediatric Epilepsy Service, Massachusetts General Hospital per the email address given in their study report in Neurology and see if she can recommend any resources for trying the low glycemic diet.
