Thumbs up What can I say?? :)

Weight Watchers ROCKS!!!!!!!!!! I actually endeavor to become a leader at some point. I started last year--August 18--and nearly 80 lbs have left my body for good. It's the best program in the world because it teaches you how to do what "naturally skinny" people do seemingly without thinking about it--appropriate portioning and how to know what you're eating, how to have your favorite foods in a lighter and healthier way, dealing with cravings without going overboard, and knowing when you're actually hungry vs. stressed out or just emotionally vulnerable, or even just thirsty. I can honestly say I can do--and will!--do this for the rest of my life and will never be obese again!!!!! I'm still far from my goal, but I have all the tools to get me there and keep me from ever looking the way I did before I discovered the way out of h3ll. If you're really interested, go to www.weightwatchers.com and learn all about it.

Good luck!
