Hi Lizard,
I'm glad that you are able to keep your surgar under control. I'm watching the starch foods and carbs. I take in because diabetes type 2 runs in my family and I don't want to end up with it. I ask myself if the reason why diabetes started with my father is because he was way overweight and he drank a lot of alcohol over the yrs. which I have heard can lead to diabetes.
