Default OT-? Dog owners/lovers (kind of urgent)

I gave my dog a CET Dental Reward yesterday morning. I thought it was safe as I got it at the vet's office.

Last night he started vomiting, had several frequent bowel movements. This morning he is straining, but no BMs. Vomited during the night, but none since 5am or so.

Has anyone had any experience with one of these chew bones? Does it sound like he has a blockage?
